Combat Art: Vengeance Blitz
Yet another favored technique of the Shimazu clan, their unquenchable lust for the heads of enemy officers stoked them towards suicide charges. Yet despite their irrationality, such charges were not without tactial reason. A squadron without its head is primed to be routed, and that devil’s charge, let alone a successful assassination, strikes fear deep into the unprepared. When beset on all sides by danger, one’s sublime self can emerge. Take to the battlefield, exceed your limits, and strike without hesitation.

Weapon Type: 1 melee weapon wielded in two hands
When you make a weapon attack, you can remove your ability modifier to the damage you would deal on a hit. On a hit, you deal additional damage to the target equal to 1d6 times the number of hostile creatures adjacent to you not including the target.

Charger. When the Shimazu commander uses their action to Dash, it can use a Bonus Action to make one melee weapon attack or to shove a creature. If it moves at least 10 feet in a straight line immediately before taking this Bonus Action, it either gains a +5 bonus to the attack’s damage roll (if it chose to make a melee attack and hit) or push the target up to 10 feet away from it (if it chose to shove and you succeed).
Brash Clash. Once each turn, when the Shimazu commander makes a Greatsword attack using its Action, it can remove its ability modifier to damage it would deal on a hit to allow the target creature to as a reaction make a single weapon attack against the shimazu warrior with advantage. If the target does so, then an ally of the shimazu warrior’s choice within 15 feet of the target can then make a single weapon attack against the target as a reaction.
Vengeance Blitz. Once each turn, when the Shimazu commander makes a Greatsword attack using its Action, it can remove its ability modifier to damage it would deal on a hit to add 1d6 times the number of adjacent hostile creatures not including the target to the damage on a hit.

Description
When defeated, taking full responsibility is the duty and honor given only to the fine commanders. Those unwilling to commit the ritual disembowelment are unworthy of their station and should leave their heads behind.
